Very active man here, between the sports I play, my animals (dog and horse), travel, and just the normal every day work and social activities. I come from a very large family, and though none of them are in this area, I stay in very close contact with my 8 siblings. Family and friends are very important to me. I have a good sense of humor, but a serious side too. I enjoy sports as a participant & a spectator. I worked as a singer/actor for over 20 years, but simplified my life recently and started my own dog grooming business, and its going quite well! My pets keep me busy, between long walks with my dog, or out riding my horse. I stay in good shape and don't abuse my body with tobacco, alcohol or drugs. I'm not into the bar scene, unless it's a good country dance bar! I tend to be very independent, and like others who can be that way too. Oh, and I'm the kind of guy who likes to ride the grocery cart through the parking lot!

I'm always ready to meet quality people. You can never have too many good people in your life! I really want to meet someone who will teach me to para-glide!!!
Romantically, I'm attracted to masculine men who have similar interests as me, but who aren't afraid to do their own things too. For me to be interested, a man must be able to contribute to a good conversation, and not afraid to express his own views. A good wit is also helpful. I like men, not boys (any spelling!) who take care of themselves. I'm not into drunks or druggies and tend to be turned off by smokers too.
A singer/songwriter friend of mine said it best in a song: "I recall a night of perfect music, my eyes were filled with tears when it was through, and when I turned to see you also crying, I knew I'd found the perfect love in you." (AHC)
