About Me
I've been told that I'm a bit of a picaro and an adventurer (after all, I live on a sailboat under the city skyline), but I try to also be as grounded, fun, genuine and sweet as I can be.
Anything outdoors usually interests me. My exercise varies from the gym, biking and outdoors sports to yoga, but is consistantly 4-6x per week.
Spending time hanging out in NYC is fun, but staying home cooking with friends or someone special on the boat can be even better.
I've had great experiences and have learned lessons that hopefully make me a better man each day. I'm a guy who is content with who he is and who has a developing grasp on what is most valuable. I'm pretty independent minded, but have become a compromiser and communicator above all else.
My day job is working as a lawyer at a pretty great firm. My real passion is "Out on the Water Sailing," an adventure-sports sailing school and charter company I've started with another life-long sailor. We are two licensed captains putting together a LGBT adventure-sports sailing program with NYC and destination charters in mind. We teach sailing on our boats and can certify students (through ASA) to charter boats anywhere in the world. We also do fun chaters. Outside NY, we are planning trips out of Sag Harbor, the Caribbean, Chile, the Med and beyond. My eventual dream is to sail the world with friends.
Now comes the fun.
Want To Meet
Always on the look-out for new friends, gym buds, hiking and camping buds, travel companions and bon vivants.
A good stable guy who can show me something new, thrilling, outside the radar, fun. Someone who understands that sometimes working long and hard is not the end of the world, but the means to an end. A guy looking for adventure and togetherness who can usually meet me somewhere in the middle. A slow hand.
