Las Vegas' Biggest Halloween Costume Party Benefits HIV/AIDS Charity Golden
September 27, 2005

Las Vegas, NV - The funkiest, freakiest and phatest place to turn it out this Halloween night is Studio 54 inside the MGM Grand, when the 39th Annual Beaux Arts Ball takes over the club for a night of Halloween decadence.

Known as one of the biggest and best costume events in the nation, the Beaux Arts Ball has a 39-year reputation for attracting the most creative, outrageous and sexist costumes anywhere. Combine that with big cash prizes and the fact that the entire night benefits Las Vegas-based HIV/AIDS charity Golden Rainbow, and it's easy to see why the Beaux Arts Ball is the Halloween party to hit this year.

The night features incredible live performances by cast members of Las Vegas production shows including "Fantasy," "Folies Bergere," "Jubilee!" "La Cage" "We Will Rock You," Studio 54, the Vamps Girlie Revue, Bryan Cheatham and his Chippendales, Culture Shock, Missy Cochran Entertainment, Bryan "Shannel" Watkins and WEEGO! DJ Lisa Pittman keeps the dance floor jumping all night long.

What Halloween party would be complete without a costume contest? Cash prizes will be awarded for Best Costume Overall: $1,054.00; Best Group Costume (three or more minimum): $654.00; Sexiest: $254.00; and Best Drag: $254.00.

The night is hosted by Jimmy Emerson of "La Cage" and Bryan Cheatham of "Chippendales." This year's Beaux Arts King is Chris Nicholson of "Folies Bergere" and the Queen is Georgie Bernasek, the fire-eating showgirl of "Penn & Teller."

Tickets for the 39th Beaux Arts Ball are $20.00 in advance and $25.00 at the door. Doors open at 10:30 p.m. and the party rages all night long.
