How do I verify my email address?
When you join or change your email address it must be verified to prove that you have entered the address correctly. To do this we email a code to you that verifies the address. If you did not receive the email, it could be that the address was entered incorrectly. You can verify this by checking it in Account Settings.

Sometimes your verification email will get trapped by a junk mail filter. If that's the case, you can check for it in your junk mail folder. If this has happened, make sure you allow connexion.org as an allowed sender and resend the verification code from the Verify Email page.

It is also possible that the email with the verification code did not reach you because your email account was over quota. If this is the case, simply clear up the problem by deleting some email from your account and then going to the Verify Email page to have the verification code resent.

How do I change my email address?
Simply go to Edit Email and Password to change it. Once you do, you'll need to verify it again.

How do I change my name?
Simply go to Edit Basic Info to change it.

How do I cancel my account?
Simply go to Cancel Account.
