The Daily Show interviewed Pastor Scott Lively, the president of Defend the Family [1] about Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.
Lively explained that gays and lesbians shouldn’t be allowed to serve in the military because they are particularly vicious. He referenced the “fact” that the Nazis used gay troops because they were particularly “savage.”
“The Nazis were not only gay, the Nazis met in a gay bar,” said Lively.

Keeping track of all of these savages is hard work for Lively, who said, “I would have loved to just been hanging out on the beach some place but instead I got stuck with dealing with homosexual Nazis.”
It is my understanding that gays were gassed right along with the jews by the Nazis. There was no elite squad of savage mo soldiers. This guy is speaking in tounges again!

I won't even sit here and listen quietly to this rubbish. As a citizen of Germany, I have to say that it's completely unacceptable for people to fabricate news of this sort. The truth of the Third Reich was horrible enough, and we are still forced to cope with the human cost to both its victims and the new generation of German youth. Romm was the only homosexual Nazi known; he was instrumental to Hitler's reign due to their longstanding association and Romm's political influence. If you all remember, he was eventually killed with the rest of the SA leaders.
The Nazis did not make deliberate use of homosexual troops. There are memorials and corpses of plenty to attest to that.
Homosexual victims of the Holocaust are touched on briefly or not mentioned at all when discussed at school. I'm not even sure if the textbook includes them.
Unfortunately, Bill- a lot of schools aren't exactly thorough when it comes to teaching world history- especially when it concerns WWII and the Holocaust.
Ernest Roehm was a homosexual he was the head of the SA.
He was a brutal thug and lead the para-military wing of the NAZI party, he also was killed in the Night of the Long Knives.
